The location was great, an easy walk from Kyoto Station. Still, it was tucked away on a side street so there wasn't traffic. The train line ran just behind the building, but it wasn't too bothersome. I liked that there was a reception desk that was staffed anytime I walked by.
Location was good, a short, flat walk from the train station. The room itself was clean and the area was quiet and peaceful.
The space itself was a little cramped for a family of four. There were few cupboards and spaces to put our belongings, bathroom and towel storage for 4 people was a little tough but still manageable. There was also only one washing machine and dryer which was not super ideal but again, not the end of the world.
Location just perfect, its near by station and AEON mall, staff are friendly, room are bigger than my expectation, they had electric cooker just perfect when you had family

Heater didn't work. Told staff and they tried but still didn't work but wasn't a big deal since it wasn't that cold. Beds were very hard.
15 min walk from the train station, good facility (shower, WC, small kitchen,..) and not too expensive.
We did not have much room left beside the beds to store our luggage, and it was relatively noisy since the apartment is close to train tracks.
Glad there was a smoking area. However, the location in the stairwell was not what I expected. Other guest could be using those stairs and not want to be walking into the smoke. And it was too tight and a weird space to even have a smoke area.

Close to train tracks but wasn't overly noticeable
The Location is super convenience only a few minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The staff were helpful. We could leave luggages without additional charges on our last day. The place were roomy, comfortable and clean.
The property is in a residential area close to the Aeon Mall, which has a great food court. We were able to our store luggage in a small room. There were bike locks to secure our luggage. The room is right next to the train tracks. We found the sound comforting, but some may find it noisy. Overall a comfortable stay.
We would have enjoyed using the terrace more if there was furniture out on the deck.

There is no restaurant. You have to buy your food and put it in the fridge. There is a kitchenette.
One bed was so close to balcony door, that it was hard to go on balcony. There is no heater in the room, however when we asked, we were provided portable heater. The bed was very uncomfortable. Too hard to sleep on. The pillows were too uncomfortable too. They were too high. I could not sleep first two nights.
Loved the close location to everything. Shopping Centre and trains close by. Rooms comfortable and had everything we needed or a stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Washing and dryer was good and quick
